Poster selected for the cARTElloni illustration festival (Piacenza, ITA)
cARTElloni is an illustration festival that takes place every year in the city of Piacenza during which the city is transformed into a large open-air gallery. This format makes use of the public billboards scattered throughout the city, transforming them into frames for the selected artworks.
For 2022, Diciottotrenta, the organising association, collaborated with Avis (the Italian association of blood donors) and together they came up with a brief with the theme of "the act of giving".
In my poster I chose to represent the theme of the gift as a heroic act, an anonymous gesture that turns everyone into a true superhero.
The protagonist of the poster is Super 0-, his blood can be donated to anyone and together with all the heroes of the world he is ready to do good with a smile on his face.
